Rate: $145/hr/tech

A flat hourly labor rate will be charged for all services performed per technician.  There is no additional mileage or truck charges.

The hourly rate starts when the technician(s) leave home base, or, when they finish a prior job and head to the one they are going to work for.

There is a minimum charge of 1 hour for service calls/installs in the cities of Sandpoint, Sagle, Ponderay, Kootenai, and Dover.

There is a minimum charge of 4 hours for service calls/installs in the cities of Priest Lake, Coolin, Nordman, Bonners Ferry, Harrison, St. Maries, and Kellogg.

All addresses serviced are subject to two-way travel charges equating to the flat hourly rate x the number of technicians traveling

Rate: $175/hr/tech

A flat hourly labor rate will be charged for all services performed on a per tech basis.  an additional labor rate will be applied to all additional techs, applied as the rate x each additional tech.

There is no additional mileage or truck charges.  

The hourly rate starts when the tech(s) leave home base, or when they finish a prior job and head to the one they are going to work for.

There is a minimum charge of 1.5 hours for service/installs in all cities.

All addresses serviced are subject to two way travel charges equating to the flat hourly rate x the number of workers traveling.

This rate applies to only active (used) septic pump systems, not new septic pump system installs.

Rate: $100/hr/tech in addition to whichever service is required.

Rate: Market List Price + Markup

Material prices are subject to constant market fluctuation. We are happy to provide estimates for your project, however, the final invoice price for material is subject to market list price + markup.
